Marlyssa Tucker

Marlyssa Tucker is a third-year law student at California Western School of Law.
She is a student member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Women’s Law Caucus.
During this past spring semester, Marlyssa participated in the Trademark Clinic at CWSL, where she gained valuable experience in conducting clearance searches using TESS and WIPO, drafting responses to office actions, and assisting small business owners with preparing and submitting trademark applications.
Marlyssa received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology from San Francisco State University, where her interest in patent and trademark law began.
In her spare time, Marlyssa enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, reading, and working out.
