Mathilde Florenson

Mathilde Florenson advises clients on domestic and international trademark and copyright matters, including portfolio management, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. She is admitted to practice law in both California and France.

Mathilde earned her LL.M. from California Western School of Law and her J.D. from Paris Nanterre University, graduating with honors from both institutions. Prior to joining T-Rex Law, she worked at the Law Office of Carrie Hedayati, where she gained a deep, practical understanding of intellectual property strategy for businesses at all stages.

Mathilde brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to helping entrepreneurs, startups, and creative professionals protect their work and grow their brands.

Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a litigation paralegal for a boutique firm in San Diego and volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program and the San Diego Clean Slate Clinic.

Beyond her work, Mathilde loves spending time with her husband, children, and their dog.
