What Do We Charge?
At T-Rex Law, our goal is to always provide transparent, fair, and competitive pricing for those we serve. That’s why for all our Trademark Trial and Appeal Board services, we provide a flat fee structure to simplify billing for both our clients and attorneys.
Since State and Federal Court Litigation can be more unpredictable, we charge an hourly rate for these cases to ensure that the appropriate time, effort and strategy are put into each case. Hourly rates for these cases ensure that our clients are charged solely for the time and expertise devoted to their specific case—no more, no less.
