After a Trademark Search is conducted, we will correspond with you regarding the results and next steps – whether that step is preparation and filing of one (1) or more U.S. trademark applications or selecting a different trademark if the Trademark Search results raise a high level of concern.

We also know how many online trademark services claim to be able to conduct a proper “Trademark Search” but the results aren’t actually conducted or reviewed by a trademark attorney. We believe it is essential for a trademark attorney to be involved with your Trademark Search and Trademark Search analysis. Every level of Trademark Search we offer ensures that an attorney provides an opinion on your likelihood of obtaining a trademark registration for your trademark.

Once a Trademark Search has been conducted and you are advised of any potential issues, we prepare and file your trademark application by hand. We also separate each application and never file multi-Class applications to ensure faster registration and to help you avoid complicated issues that may arise later.
