Madison Moore

Madison Moore is a third-year law student at California Western School of Law.

She is the former president of CWSL’s Student Intellectual Property Law Association and an active member of CWSL’s Women’s Law Caucus.

During her second year of law school, Madison was selected to compete on a team of four students in the USPTO’s 2023 National Patent Application Drafting Competition, where she gained valuable experience preparing a full original patent application and defending its claims before a panel of USPTO judges. She has also received academic achievement awards in both CWSL’s Trademark Clinic and Patent Preparation and Prosecution courses, where she developed strategical skills in the prosecution of both patents and trademarks.

Prior to working at T-Rex, Madison clerked at US IP Attorneys, where she conducted substantive legal research on a variety of trademark litigation issues and assisted in drafting motions for the TTAB.

Madison received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Oregon and her Paralegal Certificate from San Diego Miramar College.

In her free time, Madison enjoys outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking, and scuba diving.
