Nupur Marwaha

Nupur earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She has always been passionate about intellectual property, a passion that deepened over the past year through her courses in trademark law and trademark prosecution, as well as her work at a trademark-focused firm. In addition, Nupur served as a research assistant for her professor, where she conducted extensive research on trademark issues.
At USD, Nupur is an associate editor for the San Diego International Law Journal and is actively involved in both the Intellectual Property Law Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
In her free time, Nupur enjoys engaging in creative activities, including trying new recipes, learning new crafts, and taking dance classes.
